Banana Chocolate Cupcakes with Macadamia Nut Butter Frosting
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 C flour
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 C macadamia nut butter (check out my instructions on how to make nut butters)
- 3 T milk, or as needed
- 2 C confectioners' sugar
