- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
