  • Black olives (1 can)
  • Pesto (1/3 cup)
  • Vinaigrette dressing (1/3 cup)

  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper (1)
  • Pasta & Grains
  • Dreamfields or whole wheat rotini pasta (12 oz.)

  • Mozzarella cheese, fresh (1)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)

  • To serve, remove salad from refrigerator and stir in 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more dressing if needed to moisten salad. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
