2 tablespoons finely shredded fresh basil leaves
4 ripe tomatoes, cut in half and sliced
2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup fine bread crumbs - I had recently had a loaf of rosemary garlic bread get stale so I put it into my Cuisinart and pulverized it for my own savory bread crumbs. They are the bomb.
½ cup coarsely grated fresh mozzarella or white cheddar
½ cup coarsely grated Parmesan
