1 Packet of Diet Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate (This is necessary, otherwise, you will just have an ordinary ‘chocolate’ shake’, however if you are totally opposed to using diet, you could use 1/2 of a regular hot chocolate packet!)
1/2 Cup cottage cheese
1 Scoop protein powder (I used vanilla, because I had it on hand, but chocolate would be wonderful!)
3-4 Stevia/Splenda packets (or to taste)
1 Tbs cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Ice/Water (to desired consistency, I use about a whole tray of ice and 1/2 cup of water~ or less!)
