1 tsp. sea salt
2 T grapeseed or canola oil (more or less, depending on your pan)
lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, or pita bread for serving, if desired
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
2 T water (or more if you like it thinner)
