1 cup rice cereal, (I used Rice Krispies, Brown Rice Crisp cereal would work great as well!)
1 cup bran/ flake cereal, (I used Special K Protein cereal, Bran Flakes would work great as well!)
1 cup any type of twig/fiber cereal, (I used Fiber One Cereal, Go Lean Kashi would work great as well!)
1 cup oats
3/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (1/2 cup honey would work as well!)
1/4 c peanut butter, melted in microwave for 30 seconds (or 1/4 cup peanut flour mixed with 2 tbs water)
1/4 c shredded coconut
2 tbs chocolate chips, (I used mini chocolate chips)
1/2 cup Splenda or 2-3 tbs stevia, (more or less depending on desired sweetness)
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon, if desired
