- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp bourbon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cubed and cooked until brown
