- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/3 cups very warm water (between 115 and 125 degrees)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Turbinado sugar to garnish the top of the bread
