- 6-8 T ice water
- 2 c sliced fresh peaches
- 1/4 c raw sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- 2 T flour
- 1 egg
- 1 T water
- 4″ mini pie or tart pans
- 9″ pie pan
