Orange Cardamom Bread
- 5 1/4 cups white bread flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons, rounded, instant yeast (my favorite is SAF Instant Yeast)
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 3/4 cups warm water (120 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded orange zest
