- 1 – 15 ounce can pureed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1 teaspoon bourbon
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
