2/3 cup milk of choice OR water (this will make oatmeal perfect medium between soupy and very thick, use more or less depending on the desired consistency)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
sweetener of choice to taste (depending on desired sweetness)
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbs peanut butter (or almond butter, PB2, or FitNutz)
