- 1/4 teaspoon all spice

- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup chopped apples, skin removed (I used Granny Smith)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
