Vegan Chocolate Cake
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup natural cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch salt
- 1 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 2/3 cups superfine sugar, (you can easily make your own by blitzing granulated sugar in the blender until finely ground but not powdery)
- 1 cup sunflower oil, (you can substitute any mild-flavored vegetable or olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- This recipe is vegan (some ingredients require vegan-safe brands)
