  • Onion (1/2)
  • Spinach (1 bunch)
  • You can grate and add as many vegetables as you want. i used what i had handy. (1)
  • Condiments
  • Ginger paste (1 tbsp)
  • Cooking & Baking
  • Fennel seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Oil spray (1)
  • Salt (1)
  • Whole wheat flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • Pasta & Grains
  • Semolina/ cream of wheat (3/4 cups)
  • Dairy
  • Paneer/cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Other
  • 1/2 tbsp ajwain seeds (this again is good for the kids as its very good for digestion so I added them, you can totally omit them if you can't find them)
