White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups (about 6 1/4 ounces) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 16 tablespoons (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup (3 1/2 ounces) sugar
- 3/4 cup (about 6 ounces) light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips, put in the freezer for 20 minutes
