- 1/4 C Greek yogurt (you could also use regular yogurt or sour cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Greek yogurt for topping
